Hayat Zouiten is a Research & Education Fellow at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University.

She is a professor of mathematics and data science. Before joining UM6P, she worked for the Faculty of Economic, Social and Juridical Sciences Ain Sebaâ, Hassan II University, where she taught various courses.

Hayat Zouiten holds a Ph.D. in applied mathematics in 2018 from the faculty of Science, Moulay Ismail University. She has published ten research articles in international scientific journals. During her doctoral years, she was invited for various research stays at the University of Aveiro, Portugal. She has also presented her research at numerous international conferences.

Her research activities with UM6P are focused on risk and time modeling for individual decision-making and in organizations, in the research program «Future Risks & Economic Behavior » at Africa Institute for Research in Economics and Social Sciences (AIRESS).
